Mimi Lanfranchi (b. 2000, London) is a visual artist working across painting, text, drawing and sculpture. She graduated with a BA Fine Art (4D+) from Central Saint Martins in 2023 and was subsequently awarded a place on the Associate Studio Programme, supported by UAL and ACME (2023-2025).

Her work explores relationships across physical and digital spaces. Images and text move between environments, and surfaces become both concealing and revelatory.

She uses recessed details to engage the viewer at multiple proximities, bringing our faces as close to the surface of a large painting or drawing as they might get to the small rectangles which live in our pockets, on our laps and between our fingers. The work reveals itself when encountered in the flesh and resists digital documentation.

She has recently exhibited with Art Club Collective (2025), Auto Amor (2025), 3D Women! (2025), Era Journal (2025), The Good Rice (2024), Shapes and Things (2024), Pop Up Culture Crawley (2024), San Mei Gallery (2024), Picture London Framing (2023), and Gerald Moore Gallery (2023).

Her work has been shortlisted for The Sid Motion Gallery Prize (2023) and The Arts Thread Global Design Graduate Show in collaboration with Gucci (2023).
